- Share with platforms — We do not share individual data with any AI platform without your explicit written consent.
- Sell your data — We never sell personal information to third parties.
How We Use Your Information
- Create and maintain your CLEARANCE compliance record
- Generate your unique Verification ID (CLR-XXXXXXXX)
- Respond to enquiries from you
- Improve our documentation infrastructure
Information Sharing

- With your explicit consent: When you explicitly authorise verification of your compliance status.

Data Retention
We retain your attestation data for as long as your CLEARANCE record remains active. Records are time-stamped, immutable, and auditable. You may request deletion at any time by emailing team@clearanceid.com with your Verification ID.
